Original ink brush painting by Lynne Gerard Earlier this spring, inspired by the mating pairs of Sandhill Cranes that returned (as they have for 15 years now) to our Ravenseyrie Sorraia Mustang Preserve, I went on a bit of a fun frenzy of capturing the essence of these long-legged, prehistoric survivors.
