My lakeside entry to the studio Once again, our province of Onatrio is under a "state of emergency" lockdown because the second wave spread of the Covid-19 virus has gained so much momentum it is beginning to overwhelm our health care system.  Limited restrictive protocols put in place in the autumn and before the holidays were not earnestly followed by enough of our public to stem the spread, thus we have the new "stay at home" order issued.
